I wish I owned a Rehab Facility…. I would be Rich by now!
Oh no! After 12 years of sobriety, Trace relapsed on Jan. 13 while he was on a cruise to Jamaica. Thankfully, the country star did the right thing and checked into rehab.
Trace Adkins was headlining a country cruise to Jamaica when he fell off the wagon. The country crooner, who has always been open about his battle with alcoholism, abandoned the trip once the boat docked in Jamaica, and checked himself into rehab shortly after.
Poor Trace! After working so hard to stay sober, he suffered an unfortunate slip-up. His rep tells Country Weekly in a statement:
Trace, who is famous for such hits as “You’re Gonna Miss This” and “Ladies Love Country Boys,” reportedly had an altercation with a Trace impersonator who was singing kareoke at a bar on the cruise ship.
Trace, 51,”had fallen off the wagon and got into a physical fight with the impersonator,” whom he had previously met in 2007, the site reports.
Trace’s remaining performances on the cruise ship have been canceled.
And yet another one enters rehab! What did they do in the old days?
